Introduces RO-DBT concepts for individuals struggling with overcontrol, perfectionism, and rigidity—patterns commonly present in eating disorders.

  • Health at Every Size – Lindo Bacon, PhD
Evidence-based, weight-inclusive guidance emphasizing behaviors over weight, supporting recovery-focused wellness and self-care.

  • Life Without ED – Jenni Schaefer
A practical guide to identifying triggers and building skills for sustainable recovery.

Body Image & Self-Compassion

  • The Body Image Workbook – Thomas Cash, PhD
Evidence-based exercises for improving body image and reducing appearance-focused distress.

  • The Body is Not an Apology – Sonya Renee Taylor
Promotes radical self-acceptance and body liberation, supporting recovery and body image healing.
