Fees

• Individual Therapy (50-minute session): $150

• Group Therapy (60-minute group): $40

• Initial Intake Assessment: $175

Fees are due at the time of the session.

Insurance

Subterra Counseling is an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly.

Clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits, which may allow for partial reimbursement.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan and are not guaranteed.

To support clients with the reimbursement process, Subterra Counseling partners with Thrizer, a third-party service that can help submit out-of-network claims to insurance companies on your behalf. Use of Thrizer is optional and subject to their terms and fees.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific out-of-network benefits.

Payment Methods

Payment is accepted via credit card.
HSA and FSA cards may also be used, depending on your plan.
