Subterra Counseling is an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Clients may be eligible for partial reimbursement for their therapy sessions by using out-of-network benefits.

To support clients with using out of network benefits, Subterra Counseling partners with Thrizer, a secure payment platform, that can help submit out-of-network claims to insurance companies on your behalf.

Fees

Individual Therapy (50-minute session): $150

Group Therapy (60-minute group): $40

Initial Intake Assessment: $175

Fees are due at the time of the session.

Payment Methods

Payment is accepted via credit card.
HSA and FSA cards may also be used, depending on your plan.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider

You can also contact your insurance provider directly. You may find it helpful to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

  • Is there a deductible I need to meet before reimbursement begins?
